About Me
Hello! My name is Sierra Stahl and I was born and raised in Montana. I grew up on a ranch in central Montana, and near Billings. From a young age I have always had a love for horses and have spent my life learning everything I can. From team-roping to the barrel industry, horsemanship, colt starting, English, jumping, etc. I have made it a goal in my life to follow the road less traveled and chose to be an Equine Massage Therapist because of my love and fascination for the science and technique behind what it can do for a horse in pain. I have my own gelding named Cadillac, which is where I got the name for this business. I love working on the ranch with my fiancé, my ponies, and my two dogs. I enjoy summertime, reading books, art, and brandings. However, my real passion lies with helping people and their horses be the best that they can be!
What is Stress Point Therapy?
Stress Point Therapy is a type of treatment that targets specific points on your body where you feel tense and/or achy. It's like finding those spots that make you say "ouch" when you press on them. The idea is that these points can cause all sorts of discomfort and getting them sorted out can help you feel better overall.
When the point is pressed it cuts off the blood flow to that muscle, and after an amount of time the muscle will then relax. The pressure is taken off which allows blood flow to return to the muscle. Rubbing the muscle afterwards helps stimulate the blood to "rush" back into the muscle, making it feel renewed and soft!
How can it Help Your Horse?
Revitalize Your Ride!
Yeehaw! Let's talk about Equine Massage Therapy and how it can make your four-legged friend feel like they're trotting on cloud nine!
First off, imagine your horse is a superstar athlete, gearing up for the big leagues in competitions. Just like us humans, all that training and competing can really take a toll on their muscles and joints. That's where Equine Massage Therapy comes in to save the day! It's like a spa day for your trusty steed. The massage therapist works those knots and kinks out of their muscles, helping them feel loose, limber, and ready to kick some hoof at the next big event.
But wait, there's more! Even retired pasture pets get to enjoy the benefits of Equine Massage Therapy. Picture your old pal chilling out in the pasture, living their best retired life. Just because they're not in the spotlight anymore doesn't mean they don't deserve some TLC. Equine Massage Therapy can help them feel more comfortable, easing any aches and pains that come with old age. It's like giving them a golden ticket to relaxation town!
And guess what? When your horse feels good, they perform better. So, whether they're strutting their stuff in the show ring or just enjoying their golden years in the pasture, Equine Massage Therapy is like giving them a secret weapon to stay happy, healthy, and ready to horse around!
